Dr. Heath Miller is originally from North Carolina. He graduated with a degree in Fine Arts / Sculpture from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. He attended medical school at Wake Forest University and came to the Pacific Northwest to complete his OB/GYN residency at the University of Washington. After completing his training he worked for the Indian Health Service in New Mexico.
Upon his return to Seattle, he joined Northwest Women’s Healthcare where he has been in practice since 2000. Dr. Miller is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He feels lucky to be working with such a great group of people and to have such a rich professional life. The relationship that is developed with patients during prenatal care and delivery is unique and makes practicing obstetrics a very rewarding experience for him. Dr. Miller has served as the Chief of the OB/GYN department at Swedish Medical Center most of the past 15 years with the goal of maintaining excellence in healthcare.
